Why use Proton VPN for Apple TV streaming
Apple TV goes where you go: from the streaming box at home to your phone on public WiFi. On any network, Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and operators can see what you’re doing online, the services you’re connected to, and even for how long. Proton VPN encrypts your connection, so all that stays hidden from them.
Stream with ultra-fast VPN speeds
Our VPN Accelerator boosts VPN speeds by up to 400%, so your stream holds its own even when the household network is busy.
Limit ads and malware
NetShield blocks ads, trackers, and malicious sites at the network level, so your apps load faster and trackers collect less about what you watch.
Keep your streaming habits to yourself
Some ISPs use browsing and streaming data to build a profile of you, which can be sold to advertisers or data brokers. Proton VPN encrypts your connection, so what you watch stays private.
Protect your activity on shared networks
If you’re living in a shared house or rental, you may not control the network you’re on. Keep your Apple TV activity encrypted with Proton VPN, so it also stays hidden from other people on the network.
Watch Apple TV on all your devices
From your phone on the commute to your TV at home, Proton VPN works across all your devices. Connect up to 10 devices simultaneously with one account.
30-day money-back guarantee
Try Proton VPN for Apple TV streaming risk-free with any paid plan. If you're not satisfied within 30 days, we'll refund your payment in full.
How to choose an Apple TV VPN
Fast and stable connections
Choose a VPN that minimizes connection overhead. WireGuard is the advanced, lightweight VPN protocol we use, offering you fast and stable connections across more than 20,000 servers around the world.
Coverage for your other devices
Every household has multiple devices connected at the same time. Check that your VPN allows for multiple simultaneous connections so every device is always covered — Proton VPN allows for up to 10.
Native app support
Choose a VPN that doesn't require sideloading or a workaround. Proton VPN has a dedicated Apple TV app you can install directly from the App Store.
A verified no-logs policy
Any VPN can claim they don’t log your activity. Proton VPN’s strict no-logs policy is not a marketing gimmick — it's been independently audited.
