Why choose Proton VPN for watching football games on Thanksgiving?
You're not always watching from your own network on Thanksgiving — a relative's house, a rental, wherever the holiday takes you. That's WiFi you don't control, shared with however many other devices are on it. Proton VPN keeps your connection encrypted, so what you stream and do online stays private.
Because you deserve a stream that keeps up
Thanksgiving is one of the biggest streaming days of the year, and an unoptimized VPN can add its own lag on top of the rush. Our VPN Accelerator boosts VPN speeds by up to 400%, so you don't have to choose between a fast stream and a protected one.
Because some networks block streaming
Streaming while waiting for a flight or at a holiday rental might mean running into networks that block streaming traffic. Proton VPN routes your traffic through an encrypted VPN tunnel, so those blocks don’t single you out.
Because it's not just your data on that network
A house full of relatives, guests, and their guests can mean a lot of unfamiliar devices sharing the same WiFi. With Proton VPN, strong encryption and secure protocols keep your connection private and your data safe.
Because you're not always watching from the same device
Start watching on your laptop, continue on your phone. With easy-to-use VPN apps for every major platform, you can easily stream between devices with up to 10 active VPN connections at once.
