As Proton VPN continues its aggressive expansion, we’re pleased to install our new Bulgaria VPN servers ahead of schedule. Now users with Basic, Plus, and Visionary plans can enjoy faster speeds in and around Bulgaria.

Here are the new servers, located in Sofia:

BG#1 and BG#2 are available on our Basic plan.
BG#3 and BG#4 are available on our Plus and Visionary plans.

Why install VPN servers in Bulgaria?

These new Bulgaria VPN servers will give Proton VPN users in the Balkans and Eastern Europe more options and better speeds, while also increasing performance for our entire network. These servers give our Bulgarian users at home and abroad access to local web services via a Bulgarian IP address, while protecting your privacy and securing your Internet connection.
