How to install the Proton VPN GUI app on Arch

Proton VPN is available on Arch Linux as a package(cửa sổ mới) maintained by a dedicated community contributor. We’re working towards providing official support for Arch. In the meantime, support may be limited.

Note that we also offer the Proton VPN CLI, a command-line tool that runs from the Linux terminal.

To install the GUI app, open a terminal window and run:

pacman -S proton-vpn-gtk-app

Note that the Linux GUI app requires:

• gnome-keyring(cửa sổ mới) (it may also work with KDE’s KWallet, but this is not officially supported)
• NetworkManager(cửa sổ mới)

To use split tunneling (optional), systemd-resolved(cửa sổ mới) is also required.
