Installing servers in new countries helps Proton VPN deliver privacy and
security to more people around the world. We asked our community which countries
we should prioritize, and these are the results.
We’re excited to add to our growing list of servers in more and more countries.
Our Bulgaria VPN servers bring Proton VPN to the Balkans for the first time.
Israel is the 31st country to join the Proton VPN network. These servers should
help improve latency for Proton VPN users in North Africa and the Middle East.
To keep up with the number of new users we had to double the size of our network
over the past five months. In that time we have added over 80 new servers in 15
new countries.
Luxembourg is the 29th country to join the Proton VPN network. Despite being one
of the smallest and least populous countries in Europe, it still placed 13th in
our community poll!
Proton VPN is installing its newest VPN servers in Belgium, which was number 12
in our community poll. We certainly have covered some ground since we held that
poll!
