Welcome our new VPN servers in Austria – one more European country you chose

Thanks to everyone who voted in our poll(new window), and congratulations to those of you who selected Austria! It has been a busy year for us so far, but we are not stopping anytime soon. Keep an eye on this space for more updates.

Our four new servers are housed in Vienna and available to those with paid plans:

AT #1-2 are available for Basic plans
AT #3-4 are available for Plus and Visionary plans

Why VPN servers in Austria are useful:

Many Austrian media sites, like ORF1, ORF2, ATV and others, impose a geographical restriction on viewing content and videos from outside Austria. But with these new servers, anyone around the world can browse the Internet securely using an Austrian IP address and a fast and reliable European VPN connection. This means that any Austrians living abroad can access news and media from home, no matter where they are. Furthermore, our Plus servers are optimized for streaming, so you can watch Hulu(new window), HBO GO, ZDF, Channel4, and Channel5 (please note that to stream Hulu you will need a Hulu subscription).
