How to install a VPN on Kali Linux
Proton VPN offers a Linux GUI app (with a graphic user interface) and a Linux CLI.
We only officially support Linux on Debian, Ubuntu, and Fedora running the GNOME desktop environment. We also officially support the Arch packages maintained by Peter Jung.
Reports indicate that our Linux GUI app and Linux CLI work on Kali (inducing running various non-GNOME desktop environments), but support for such configurations may be limited. If you’d like to try Proton VPN out on Kali, follow the instructions for how to install Proton VPN on Ubuntu.
